These terms cover Cited Exclusive, the service CitedGroup sells to dental practices in British Columbia. By paying the checkout link we send you, you agree to them. If something here doesn't match what we agreed with you in writing, the written agreement wins.

What we do

Cited Exclusive works to get your practice named when patients ask ChatGPT and Google's AI who to see for implants and your other key services. It includes:

• AI listings: 2–4 new listings a month on the free sites AI cites for dentists in your city.
• Profile fixes: your Google, Bing, Apple and Yelp profiles corrected and completed.
• AI answer pages: 3 pages for your website in the first 90 days: implants, full-arch, and cost and financing. You approve every page before it goes live.
• Review replies: replies to new Google reviews, written for your practice.
• Monthly report: your Cited Score next to your top 3 competitors. AI Overviews are reported separately.
• City exclusivity: described below.

The Cited Score is our own measure: how many of 40 AI answers name your practice (10 patient questions, each asked in ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity). The 10 patient questions are picked with you at onboarding. Your starting Cited Score is measured at onboarding, then reported monthly.

We serve dental practices in British Columbia only.

What we do not promise

We cannot guarantee new patients, or that any AI assistant will name your practice in any particular answer. AI answers change from run to run and with model updates. The only guarantee we give is the Cited Guarantee below.

Price and billing

• Cited Exclusive is CA$2,500 per month.
• Billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
• No setup fee.
• Checkout links are sent after the call. There is no public checkout.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it keeps failing we may pause the work until it clears.

Founding practice rate

• The first 3 practices pay CA$1,500 per month for 12 months, then CA$2,500 per month.
• In exchange, the founding practice agrees that we may publish its before/after Cited Score and its practice name, including as a public case study.
• The founding rate has the same 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
• The founding rate is only offered while founding spots remain. It is the only price below CA$2,500 per month.

Minimum term and cancelling

• Every plan has a 3-month minimum, then continues month-to-month.
• After the 3-month minimum, cancel anytime before your next billing date by emailing info@citedgroup.ca. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not charge you again.
• Payments already made are not refunded, except as set out in the Cited Guarantee.
• We can end the service too, with notice and a refund of anything paid for time not yet served.

The Cited Guarantee

Before we start, we measure your Cited Score: how many of 40 AI answers name your practice. If your score at day 90 isn't higher than that starting score, you pay nothing more until it is. We keep working for free.

• Measured on the same 10 patient questions and 4 AI tools as your starting score.
• Applies when the onboarding steps (form, Google access, Bing, Apple and Yelp confirmations) are done within 14 days of your first payment.
• “Pay nothing more” means billing pauses from day 91 until a monthly report shows a higher score.

City exclusivity

One practice per city. Once your practice signs, we don't work with another dental practice in your city while you remain a client. A city means one BC municipality, such as Richmond, Burnaby or Surrey. We confirm your city is open on the call, before you pay.

What we need from you

• A 10-minute onboarding form with accurate information about your practice. We will not publish claims about you that you cannot back up.
• Manager access to your Google Business Profile, and ownership confirmations on Bing, Apple and Yelp. We never ask for your passwords.
• Approving the 3 answer pages before they go live.

If we cannot get access or the information we need, we do the work we can and tell you what is blocked.

How we work

We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, impersonate your patients, or create listings that misstate what your practice does. Directories and review platforms have rules and we follow them. If you ask us to do something that breaks those rules, or the rules that apply to dental advertising in BC, we will say no.

Who owns what

The listings, profile content and page copy we produce for your practice are yours to keep, including after you cancel. Our methods, prompts, templates and internal tooling stay ours.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

If we change these terms, the version on this page is the current one, and we will tell existing clients by email before the change affects them.
